Alabama Barker Threatens To Get Scary ‘Skinny’ On Ozempic

Travis Barker’s daughter, Alabama Barker, has been scrutinized for her weight for quite some time. It appeared that many forgot how young she was and attributed it to the way she acted or dressed. That was no excuse, but it made her so insecure that she opted to go on Ozempic for weight loss. Now, she is threatening to become so scary “skinny.” Keep reading for more on what she had to say.

Alabama Barker Has Struggled With Her Weight

Kardashian fans have watched Alabama Barker grow up right before their very eyes. Her mother, Shanna Moakler, learned she was pregnant on Meet the Barkers. Shanna was married to Travis Barker at the time, but was already mother to Landon Barker and Atiana De La Hoya. Although Shanna and Travis split, they were still in the public eye, as were their kids. In 2020, Travis began dating Kourtney Kardashian in 2020 when Alabama was just 15.

She made extraordinarily adult TikToks and was presenting much older than her teenage self. Then, her weight was slammed, and she was photographed in unflattering lighting. Realistically, Alabama had a health condition that caused her to lose and gain weight without her control. She revealed it in 2023:

“I also have a thyroid problem and an autoimmune disease. So that’s one of the main reasons why I have weight gain. Weight fluctuates and I don’t want any girls that are young watching this that are gaining weight to ever think there’s something wrong with it.”

Alabama Barker, 20, claimed that she would own her size, no matter what it was, but then she opted for Ozempic. This is a diabetes drug that has been frequently used for weight loss. However, it appears that the hate has not stopped, so Alabama has made a big but unhealthy threat:

“This is not very role model of me, but I’m gonna get on the highest dose of Ozempic. I’m going to become so skinny, you’re gonna tell me I need a burger, because the way that people body shame me is f—— disgusting.”

    It Will Never Matter

Alabama Barker’s fans and followers made it clear that it does not matter if she’s thin or thick. She will get shamed regardless because of how people are. They will always have something to say, so she should not even waste her time. Moreover, they complimented her body as it is and reminded her that she looks incredible:

    • theyre gonna body shame you when you’re skinny too ,they’re sick
    • no cause this is such a fair response. like yall r so WEIRD.
    • Meanwhile, her body is my dream body😳😭
    • Girl please don’t. We need you!! This skinny epidemic is a nightmare
    • I’d rather be body shamed for being fat than skinny.

Hopefully, Alabama Barker will not let the noise keep getting to her and learn to love herself as is. Do you think Alabama is going a tad too far and her family needs to intervene? Let us know in the comments below.
