It’s been five long years since A Court of Silver Flames, the fifth book in Sarah J. Maas’s A Court of Thorns and Roses series, was released. Now, Maas has revealed the covers and titles of the sixth and seventh books in the series.
Book six is A Court of Splintered Harmony, and it comes out October 27th, 2026. Book seven is A Court of Forgotten Melody, out January 12, 2027.
The two books together makes up “The Valkyrie Cycle.” Book six is subtitled The Valkyrie Cycle: Movement I, and book seven is The Valkyrie Cycle: Movement II & III.
Maas also included a one-line description of each book in the Instagram post. A Court of Splintered Harmony‘s is “What was broken will be remade.” A Court of Forgotten Melody‘s is “What was lost will be reclaimed.”
At the same time as Maas made the announcement in two Instagram posts, the covers were revealed on digital billboards in Los Angeles, Denver, and New York City.
