It turns out, this conversation about noise-canceling headphones and using them to tune out surroundings recently led Mark Consuelos to a surprising realization about his wife, Kelly Ripa.
According to Mark, he said: “No, I think that when I speak to you, maybe that’s what’s happening. Because you wear those a lot. You’re always wearing those. Even when I’m not snoring.”
Mark continued, saying: “And sometimes when your hair’s over your ears, I don’t know that you have your little AirPods in your ears. So I have, like, full conversations with you. And I’m like, wow. And you don’t say anything, you continue walking, and you just walk in and walk out. That happens sometimes. You should be aware of that.”
Ripa piled on, adding: “Earbuds are a red herring. I’m gonna leave these in. That way he thinks I’m listening to something.”
