Since 2004, Tracy Wolfson has been a staple for sports coverage on CBS. She is the lead sideline reporter for CBS Sports, covering both football and basketball for the network.

When she’s not on the field or court, Wolfson is spending time with her family. She has been married to husband David Reichel since December 2001, so they’ll be celebrating a milestone 25th anniversary this year.

“My family is my real life, and being a mom is my number one priority,” Wolfson previously told The Jewish Standard. “I have an amazing job, and I worked really hard to get where I am, and I love it, but I always say that when it doesn’t work out for my family, that’s when I’m out.”

Scroll down to learn more about Reichel and his relationship with the sportscaster.

What does Tracy Wolfson’s husband do for a living?

Reichel works in finance, and his most recent known job was as a senior salesperson in the equity derivatives group at Barclays Capital. Prior to that, he was the head options trader at Bascom Hill Partners, a hedge fund.

When his sons were growing up, Reichel coached their basketball teams, and he started the Tenafly Recreation Lacrosse Program in his and Wolfson’s New Jersey town.

How did Tracy Wolfson meet her husband?

The exact details of how Wolfson and Reichel met are unclear, but they both attended the University of Michigan. However, they didn’t start dating until after college, per her interview with The Jewish Standard.

Reichel graduated from UMich in 1996, while Wolfson graduated in 1997, four years before they tied the knot.

    Does Tracy Wolfson have children?

Yes, Wolfson and Reichel have three sons. Their eldest son, Dylan, was born in 2006 and now attends their alma mater, the University of Michigan. Sons Ari and Evan followed in 2009 and 2011, respectively.

In 2024, Wolfson and Reichel moved Dylan into his dorm room in Michigan, and Wolfson reflected on Instagram, “A very surreal day moving Dylan into his freshman year dorm. A full circle moment for Dave and I as it really hits home that our son is a Michigan Wolverine. Dylan- we are so proud of you and are so excited for what lies ahead. Enjoy every minute because it goes by fast. GO BLUE!!”
