‘ANTM’ Adrianne Curry Slams Tyra Banks’ Suit Against Netflix

Adrianne Curry was the first winner of America’s Next Top Model when the show premiered in 2003. Her career may have skewed over the last two decades, but she has always remained true to herself. On Saturday, June 13th, 2026, Tyra Banks, host of ANTM, sued Netflix over a doc they made regarding the hit reality series. Now, Adrianne is speaking up about how she feels, and she is slamming Tyra. Keep reading for more details.

Adrianne Welcomes Tyra To ‘The Party’

The girls of America’s Next Top Model had the chance of a lifetime. Thanks to Tyra Banks, the contestants worked with the best photographers, makeup artists, designers, and more. This was the ultimate opportunity for any aspiring model, and that was just how it was presented. In the end, the winner received an incredible contract and opportunities. Plus, doors were opened for all involved. However, as time went on, the truth came out, and it was not as it was presented.

The girls were allegedly starved, forced to work horrid hours, pitted against each other, and their worst moments were used against them. In February 2026, Netflix put out a documentary exposing the truth, with Tyra interviewed. Those who watched felt she lacked accountability, but she did not like the way that she was portrayed, so she sued Netflix. In response to the suit, Season 1 winner Adrianne Curry is speaking up.

She made a video expressing her thoughts and proceeded to slam Tyra:

“I read that Tyra Banks is suing Netflix because she didn’t like being ‘edited.’ B*tch, for real girl? Welcome to the party, pal.”

Previously, Adrianne noted that she respected Tyra Banks and how unapologetic she was. Many wanted her to bend the knee, but that is not who she is. To the ANTM winner, that was an admirable trait, and she spoke out when the doc first premiered:

“She is not sorry. She is not apologizing to you. That b*tch is not effing sorry. She will not bend the knee. And I respect that. You want her to lie? Lie and say how bad she feels?”

Adrianne has not participated in the documentary and has seemingly moved on with her life. Yet, she has no problem chiming in when the timing feels right.

    More Questions From Curry

As the comments flooded in, Adrianne Curry had another question. She wondered if this was a publicity stunt from the streamer or Tyra Banks herself:

    • I wonder if its a publicity stunt from Netflix to get more viewers…or from her…because she has something new coming

Other followers immediately looked to Adrianne for comment after seeing how Tyra sued Netflix. They felt that she was the perfect one to give insight:

    • I saw the headline and was like…Adrianne boutta have a chuckle😂
    • When I saw that, you came to mind. I was hoping you’d react and have an opinion. Thank you.

However, others felt that Adrianne Curry needed to get over Tyra Banks, but why? She lived through the show’s first season, and this is her story to tell.

Do you like to hear Adrianne Curry’s take, or are you over her? Finally, what do you think of Tyra Banks’ suit? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
