Team Picks: Lillian’s Most Anticipated Reads for June

What are the 6 books you’re looking forward to in June?

What do you like most about working with books?

Books are my passion, so it is really special that I get to promote them for my job. I love the creativity, joy and devotion that surrounds them. Books are technically inanimate objects, but I believe each one has metaphysical properties, whether that comes from the author’s heart and soul, or the life it evolves into as the readers grab on. This creates an engaging, fun and interactive work environment that combines artistry with intellect.

    What are you reading now?

I am currently reading The Eleventh Hour by Salman Rushdie, which I picked for my monthly astrology column here on BookTrib. Self-plug: tune in early June to see how this book can help us all connect to the best of Gemini’s themes.
